Pricing questions
- Is there a per-member or per-seat charge?
- No. The price is flat whether you have 20 members or 400, and every staff account is included.
- Do you take a percentage of my revenue?
- No. Class fees and membership dues run through Stripe Connect on your own account and land directly in your bank. BookClay charges only the subscription. Stripe charges their standard processing fee, which goes to Stripe, not to us.
- What happens after the 14-day trial?
- The trial does not require a card, so nothing is charged automatically. If you want to keep going you add a payment method; if you do not, the account simply stops at the end of the trial.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Your data stays exportable throughout.
